I have really come to love this roast from Christian Kitchens, though at first, it was my least favorite of the others offered! I've been brewing it in my aeropress, and found that I like it a lot better when brewed at temperatures significantly under boiling and for slightly longer than some of their other roasts. Really great -- just required a little patience on my part ;)
