Proverbs 6:6-8 - "Go to the ant, O sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise. Without having any chief, officer, or ruler, she prepares her bread in summer and gathers her food in harvest."
The ant's diligence and foresight are commendable, storing up provisions for future needs. As we approach a new year, it's an apt time to reflect on how we're spiritually stocking up for the days ahead. God's Word, fellowship, and personal communion with Him are the spiritual provisions we must store up. These equip and sustain us through every season, ensuring we are prepared for whatever lies ahead.
